Weddings at Buxted Park from a Snappers Point of View

Posted on 12/04/13, filed under Fresh News | No Comments

Over the last few years Buxted Park near Uckfield has become one of our regular venues and it never dissappoints.  The hotel has a very grand feel when you arrive but is still small enough that you don’t feel as dwarfed by the size as you can with other similar hotels.  It has bags character. The two ceremony rooms are lovely and our favourite is the Orangery, because of the fantastic light available.  The rear gardens are very pretty, with two seperate large sets of steps that are ideal for family groups.  There is also a beautiful colonnade running the length of the ballroom that gives an almost all weather, outdoor area for more intimate couple shots.

Look out for the colonnade!

Wedding Photography at Wotton House, near Dorking, from a Snappers Point of View

We were lucky enough to work at Wotton House, near Dorking for the first time in 2012.  It’s a very large country house style hotel that has been extended over the years.  It offers large modern function rooms as well as beautiful character bedrooms, bar and sun lounge.  For us this venue really comes alive when you go into the rear grounds.  The gardens are simply stunning with amazing greek style temples, fountains and even a magical grotto!

Look out for the temple where you can have your ceremony!

A Bit of Sauce!

Posted on 18/03/13, filed under Fresh News | No Comments

For a while now we’ve had a project on the back burner nicknamed A Bit of Sauce.  Basically we’re going to be offering a new service of boudior photography photographed in your own home.  The tone will be fun, sexy and erotic but nothing that you wouldn’t mind your mum seeing!!!  We need to build our portfolio though so if anyone is interested in being a volunteer guinea pig whilst we develop our style, we’d love to talk to you.
